Family Photos and Senior Portrait Photo Sessions
Portrait Session Process Our Family and Senior Portrait Photos are typically shot during a 1-hour long photography session. We can make this an extended family session as well, including newborn sessions or multiple generations.

Where do most photo sessions take place? You choose the location! We have a small studio that is great for headshots and can include a couple of outdoor photos, located in West Chester. And we have larger studios we can rent if needed in Sharonville Ohio and Newport Ky. For most Family and Senior Portrait photos, I recommend we setup a family portrait session a local park like Sharon Woods or a location that has personal meaning to you. Our high school senior portrait photographer can provide great outfit ideas and shoot pictures with your dog if you prefer!
Block Number You can find a time on our calendar or contact us directly. We often can move things around or find a team member available if your time is not available online. So please reach out if that’s the case.
Post Session Process After your session, you will receive a proofing gallery within 5 business days. From there, you can select your favorites or print order online, by emailing us, or you can choose to use our assistance and meet at our West Chester studio. We will edit any images you request from your selection and process your digital order within 3 days and print orders are usually ready within 2 weeks.

Event Photography Process We would love to start with an in-person, phone, or video conference meeting to get to know you and the details of your event. We will verify that our photography team is available as you can’t book online for event photography.
Create a timeline and portrait list We will either develop an itinerary guide based on our conversation or send you a form to fill out if we need more information. For weddings, we may simply just ask for a portrait checklist for the formal photos after the ceremony if that is all the information that is still needed after our conversation.
Invoice and contract We will email you an invoice and contract to electronically sign for your event going over all the details that we discussed.
Investment Most events will be $300 per hour for one photographer and $400 per hour for two photographers. After sorting through images and editing, we average 60-100 images per hour.
Post Session Process After your event, editing can take about 2 weeks for events 1-4 hours and up to 6 weeks for events that are longer. We often are on the shorter side of the estimate but can’t guarantee it. If you have an urgent need for some or all of your images, please let us know and we can try to prioritize your event.
